Systems Support Analyst
You will provide operational support and application administration for a number of core business applications in line with agreed service levels. This will include incident reporting, problem solving and change management including communication with the end-user and software suppliers.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions as assigned, ensuring and adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines, including but not limited to: analysis & design documents, test plans, new user requirements analysis and SQL reporting.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis
- 3+ years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 5+ years of Relational Database experience
- Must be able to make sound decisions based on analysis
- You display strong analytical, logical and organisational skills
- Adaptive and responsive to change
- Ability to work across functions using strong communication skills to convey technical solutions using non-technical terminology
